Today we will see the preparation and bending guitar rings.
the wood used is flamed Maple (curly maple) as well as the background.
first thing I did was correct both edges of each of the tables designed for the hoops. Then take the thickness (about 3mm approx) and gave them a sanded to remove any marks or scratches that these may have.
rings then immersed in water for about 2 hours.
then bending the rings with the bender to prepare specifically for this model of guitar.

at this stage is a modification to the original model as it is "cuttaway." In addition to this type of cut (style "C") is necessary to cut the ring and bend this small segment separately.
then we can see the rings presented approaching the final position and in turn the taco sized internal links both sides:
and finally back to join the small segment, we cut above, with the ring.
