Ariel Hernandez Roque, National Choir of Spain

John Towner Williams was born in Floral Park, a small town in upstate New York February 8, 1932. His father, jazz percussionist some success, it would mark the way that young John would travel during the early stages of his career, encouraging your child surround yourself with players from a child and raising him a light that never fail. Notable pianist from a young age, it was not until moving the family to Los Angeles in 1948 when John Williams rose to prominence in the musical world after the war, first as a pupil of composer Castelnuovo-Tedesco and later as director and musical arranger for the Air Force of the United States during his military service. In the mid-fifties, Williams would return to New York entering the Juilliard School, where he studied piano with Rosina Lhevinne while this period of training alternated with nightly performances as a jazz pianist, and during that time he made contact with the world of music production for film and television, and appeared first as a pianist in recordings of some of the great composers like Henry Mancini himself.
