Sinus Infections More Condition_symptoms

Building an acoustic guitar - the soundboard # 1

begin with the construction of the soundboard.
In this case the wood you use is the Red Cedar (Cedro colorado) Canadian, who brought me a friend of Spain a few years ago. As you see in the pictures is a very nice cut, with a well compressed vein.

was also very aromatic, so it was a pleasure to work because I perfume the whole workshop.

After placing the rosette, work the thickness of the soundboard, that it varies between 2 and 3 mm depending on the area. For this purpose use a feeler gauge.

The top is one of the most important parts of a musical instrument, therefore it is essential to pay close attention to the thickness measured using tools, but also by touch, striking a balance between flexibility and rigidity.

Once achieved the required thickness, go to mark the location of the harmonic spectrum by the template.

Now comes the placement of all the bars and reinforcements spruce top. One of the simplest and effective ways for the fan is made by gluing strips of cane, which pressed parts perfectly and very comfortable.

The wood used for the range is the German Spruce.

Then I carve the bars giving the desired shape.

and finally the finished cap.

Sorry for failing to put pictures of the placement of the rosette and the opening of the mouth, I just had some problems with the camera at that time.
hope you liked it, it will be up next. Alex
